constitutional movement in Turkey will be taken out of the idea and roots in the historical process of constitutionalism. Analysis of the constitutional documents of the Ottoman period, the Turkish Constitution of the Republican Period will be analyzed. The 1982 Constitution and other constitutions of the Republican Period (Constitution of 1924 and 1961 Constitution) will be compared. The relationship between the need to limit state power and the idea of ​​constitutionalism will be discussed.

The historical evolution of Russian foreign policy will be discussed in this course. The establishment and political system of the USSR, the actors involved in the construction of foreign policy and the issues of continuity and change in Soviet foreign policy will be examined. In the post-World War II period, USSR and US relations will be discussed. In the years following the dissolution of the USSR, the foreign policy of Russia will be the main subject of this course. Crimean, Georgian, Ukrainian, Syrian crises will be discussed.
