Professor Erkan İbiş, named Rector of Istinye University by Presidential Decree 399 on 22 July 2022, received his mandate in a ceremony on 10 August 2022.
The ceremony was organized by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education (CoHE). The Chairman of CoHE, Professor Erol Özvar, presented Professor İbiş with his mandate.
