İstinye University Theatre Club's "Preliminary Interview and Monologue Samples" Event
The "Theater Club Preliminary Interview and Monologue Samples" event, organized by the İstinye University Theatre Club, was held at the Topkapı Campus Congress Center on October 27, 2025, to inform and guide students planning to audition.
At the event, club members explained in detail what candidates can expect during the theatre audition process. Participants were informed about stage presence, emphasis and intonation, breathing techniques, and performance evaluation criteria. Additionally, students were provided with examples of monologues suitable for the audition process, providing support for stage preparation and practice.
The event aims to help students interested in theatre participate in auditions with greater awareness and confidence. The Theatre Club stated that this process aims to both increase participation and strengthen students' motivation for the performing arts.
