From the 33 students listed under the Accepted With Grant status, 5 completed their applications by uploading their invitation letters to the system during the application process.

A total of 22 students who were under the Accepted With Grant status but had not submitted their invitation letters during the application process have submitted their letters by the final deadline of March 23, 2026.

The faculties/schools/institutes of the 6 students who were under the Accepted With Grant status but did not submit their invitation letters by the final deadline of March 23, 2026 are as follows:

  • ⁠Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences (2 students)

  • Faculty of Dentistry (1 student)

  • ⁠Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (1 student)

  • Vocational School (2 students)

In the faculties listed above, students who were under the Accepted Without Grant status and submitted their invitation letters have been evaluated based on their faculty-specific rankings. Accordingly, the highest-ranked students have been promoted from Accepted Without Grant to Accepted With Grant status.

As there were no students in the Accepted Without Grant status within the Vocational School who submitted an invitation letter, the relevant quota has been allocated to the highest-ranked students in the general Accepted Without Grant list, without faculty/school/institute distinction.

Students who have an invitation letter but could not be promoted from Accepted Without Grant to Accepted With Grant status may participate in the mobility as without grant (0 grant), upon request.

All relevant updates have been implemented on the Turna Portal and are now accessible to students.

Kabul Hibeli statüsünde yer alan 33 öğrencimizden 5’i, başvuru sırasında davet mektuplarını sisteme yükleyerek başvurusunu tamamlamıştır.

Kabul Hibeli statüsünde olup başvuru sürecinde kabul mektubu sunmamış olan 22 öğrencimiz ise 23 Mart 2026 son tarihine kadar kabul mektuplarını ibraz etmiştir.

Kabul Hibeli statüsünde olup 23 Mart 2026 son kabul mektubunu ibraz etme tarihine kadar kabul mektubu sunmamış olan 6 öğrencimizin bağlı olduğu yüksekokul/fakülte/enstitü bilgileri aşağıdaki gibidir:

  • İktisadi, İdari ve Sosyal Bilimler Fakültesi (2 öğrenci)

  • Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi (1 öğrenci)

  • İnsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fakültesi (1 öğrenci)

  • Meslek Yüksekokulu (2 öğrenci)

Yukarıda belirtilen fakültelerde, Kabul Hibesiz statüsünde yer alıp kabul mektubunu ibraz eden öğrencilerin, ilgili fakülte bazındaki sıralamaları dikkate alınarak, en üst sırada yer alan öğrencilerimizin statüsü Kabul Hibesiz’den Kabul Hibeli statüsüne yükseltilmiştir.

Meslek Yüksekokulu’nda kabul mektubu ibraz eden Kabul Hibesiz statüsünde herhangi bir öğrenci bulunmadığından, ilgili kontenjan, yüksekokul/fakülte/enstitü ayrımı yapılmaksızın genel Kabul Hibesiz listesinde en üst sırada yer alan öğrencilere tahsis edilmiştir.

Kabul mektubu bulunan ancak Kabul Hibesiz statüsünden Kabul Hibeli statüsüne geçemeyen öğrencilerimiz, talep etmeleri halinde hareketlilikten hibesiz (0 hibeli) olarak faydalanabilecektir.

İlgili değişiklikler Turna Portal üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiş olup öğrencilerimizin erişimine açılmıştır.

Herhangi bir sorunuz olması halinde, Vadi İstanbul D Blok 1. katta bulunan ofisimizi mesai saatleri içerisinde ziyaret edebilirsiniz.
