Participation in the 1st National Interdisciplinary Workshop on Aging with a Vision for Health Management!

As the Istinye University Department of Health Management, we participated in the "1st National Interdisciplinary Workshop on Aging," hosted by Atlas University on Tuesday, May 5th. This platform brought together a wide range of stakeholders—from academics and representatives of public and local governments to NGOs and volunteers—to discuss "Old Age and Aging," one of the most critical global issues of our time, in all its dimensions.

In addition to the forthcoming report based on the workshop discussions, the opportunity for all actors within the ecosystem to connect and strengthen the foundations of their cooperation emerged as the most significant achievement in addressing this complex challenge. We extend our gratitude to all stakeholders who contributed to this productive meeting aimed at creating sustainable models for healthy aging and elderly policies, with special thanks to Asst. Prof. Gülhan KALMUK from our department for her valuable contributions.
