“Acorn Collection Event” by Istinye University Young TEMA Club
The “Acorn Collection Event”, organized by the Istinye University Young TEMA Club, was carried out to support the continuity of natural life and raise ecosystem awareness. The event took place off-campus on October 25, 2025.
During the event, volunteer students collected acorns, contributing to nature while reinforcing their sense of responsibility toward protecting natural life. The collected acorns are planned to be used in planting and reforestation activities in suitable areas.
The Young TEMA Club stated that the purpose of this event was to strengthen environmental awareness, encourage students to engage in ecological sustainability, and support the continuity of the ecosystem. With its volunteer-based structure, the event enabled students to take an active role in environmentally conscious projects.
