Istanbul University Hosts Summit on Sports and Media
Istanbul University hosted the “Summit of Media from Within Sports” event, which addressed important topics related to sports media and the world of football. Held on February 18, 2025, at the V-123 Conference Hall in the Vadi H Campus, the summit featured discussions on numerous important topics such as sports management, football media, and transfer processes, led by experts in their respective fields.
During the event, topics such as Turkish football and administrators, football from the perspective of journalists, transfer processes, and their reflection on the football public were discussed. Sessions attended by experienced journalists, sports administrators, and media professionals also discussed the changing dynamics of sports media and new media management.
Istanbul University will continue to support such events that bring together students and industry professionals who closely follow developments in the fields of sports and media.
