Our university hosted students from Bağcılar Aydın Doğan Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School at the Vadi Campus on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. As part of the visit, the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema organized a special introductory seminar.
Held at 11:00 a.m. in the H Block Studio, the seminar took place in a professional studio environment where students could experience the atmosphere of a real production space. Prof. Dr. Nezih Erdoğan shared his knowledge and experience about the world of communication. The presentation provided comprehensive information about the department’s educational opportunities, practical studios, and post-graduation career paths.
As part of the program, the graduation projects of our alumni were also screened for the students. Maysam Kannan’s Secret Hole and Omar Zoabi’s Echoes of the Land were met with great interest and became one of the highlights of the event.
Throughout the visit, the high school students had the opportunity to closely experience both the university environment and the professional studio setting, while also finding answers to their questions about the field of Radio, Television and Cinema. The event concluded with strong student engagement and an interactive Q&A session.
