Registration Date:

The students deserving to register for Double Major program are required to come to ÖKİD and to fill in Double Major registration petition on:

Permanent applicants: 1-4 March 2019 (within the working days and hours)

Substitute applicants: 05.03.2019 (ÖKİD will inform people about vacant quotas)

Required Documents and Conditions:

The students deserving Double Major for Civil Aviation Cabin Crew, Aircraft Technologies and Emergency Services Programs are required to bring the documents below:

Civil Aviation Cabin Crew (Associate degree)

1- Criminal Record or Criminal Archive Record

2- The document proving that she is 160- 180 cm  tall (for women; their weights must be 5 kilos more max. than the last two digits of their height or be 15 kilos less)

3-  The document proving that he is 170- 190 cm  tall (for men; their weights must be 5 kilos more max. than the last two digits of their height or be 15 kilos less)

4- Health conditions of the students must be convenient for the flight so they must bring the document proving that their health condition is convenient for the flight from the health institutions authorized by General Directorate of Civil Aviation .

5- As they are supposed to wear uniforms, they mustn’t have visible tattoos, scars etc. on their body .

 

Aircraft Technology (two year degree)

1.       Criminal Record or Archive Criminal Record

2.       Committee report taken in the last six months from a general hospital that shows the person does not have any medical issues (colorblindness, hear loss, visual impairment)  which will prevent him/her professing the hob or a task in the job.

Immediate and First Aid (two year degree)

1.A report from a state or private hospital that shows the person has a body and psychological health which do not prevent him / her from getting a driver’s license ( student’s height and weight should be stated in the health board report).

2. As the students have to drive in their second year as a program requirement, as of March 1st 2019 students have to be older than 17 years old. Girls shouldn’t be shorter than 1.60 and boys shouldn’t be shorter than 1.65. A report that shows the student does not weigh more than 5 or less than 15 kg  from their heights’ last two numbers stated in centimeter is needed.

3. Students need to have a body and physical adequateness that will allow them to carry a patient that is on a stretcher with a teammate while working in a two people team on recovery and carrying job.
