Through the strategic transformation projects we carry out in the fields of education and training, research and development, internationalization, institutional transformation, and social contribution, we are committed to fostering sustainable growth and quality-oriented progress with a data-driven, systematic, and digitalization-centered approach.

The Office of the Vice Rector for Strategic Transformation (OVRST)
The Office of the Vice Rector for Strategic Transformation (OVRST) serves as the central unit responsible for managing institutional transformation, strategic planning, and corporate performance management processes in alignment with Istinye University’s 2030 Vision. The OVRST adopts a data-driven approach to strategic planning, digital transformation, agile management, and continuous improvement to achieve the University’s goals for sustainable growth and transformation.

The OVRST plays an active role in the preparation and implementation of strategic action plans, monitoring of institutional performance indicators (KPIs), development of international academic collaborations, planning of qualified academic human resources, and support of institutional quality assurance processes. Within this scope, it fosters a holistic culture of strategic governance that aligns with all educational, research, and social contribution activities of Istinye University.
