*Students enrolled in cancelled courses are eligible for a tuition refund or may opt to substitute with another active course. Tuition fees are non-refundable for students who choose to withdraw from officially finalized courses.
Course Registration Process for ISU Students
Students can register for their desired courses via the "Course Selection" tab on the Student Information System (ois.istinye.edu.tr). Tuition fees are calculated based on ECTS credits. Students will be able to view the total outstanding balance under the "Financial Information" section. Tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the finalization of course registration.
Course Registration Process for External University Students
Students enrolled in other universities who wish to apply for Summer School at our university must complete their application and payment online at ois.istinye.edu.tr/basvurular/kurumdisiyazokulu.
Pre-registration is not available. Registration is only officially confirmed upon the fulfillment of all financial obligations.
Tuition fees are calculated based on ECTS credits. The ECTS credit fees for the 2025-2026 Summer School (including VAT) are as follows:
Undergraduate Students: 7,500 ₺
Associate Degree Students: 6,000 ₺
International Students: 8,500 ₺
Students can settle their payments online via the virtual POS system, with a credit card directly at the Student Accounting Offices, or via Wire Transfer/EFT to the bank account details provided below.
It is mandatory to include the TR ID NUMBER (or Passport Number), FULL NAME, and the phrase "SUMMER SCHOOL PAYMENT" in the payment description field.

Installment payments of up to 2 months are available via the virtual POS system using credit cards from the following banks:
• İş Bankası
• Garanti Bankası
• Yapı Kredi Bankası
• Akbank
• Halkbank
- The maximum course load a student can take during the summer school is 18 ECTS credits.
- Students may enroll in courses they have previously failed, completed successfully (to improve their grade), or have not taken yet.
- A minimum enrollment of 8 students is required for a course to be officially offered.
- The list of finalized courses to be offered at İstinye University for the summer term will be announced on July 5, 2026. Following this date, our students may apply to external universities for courses that are not included in this list (i.e., not offered at İstinye University). Simultaneously, newly enrolling students can register for the finalized courses.
- The external course enrollment process for our students will be conducted as follows:
- The student must submit an application to the respective Department/Program Chair, including a petition, the official course syllabus, ECTS credits, and the weekly schedule of the course they wish to take from the external university.
- Following the evaluation of the application, a decision will be rendered by the Faculty/School Executive Board, and the student will be formally notified.
- Upon successful completion of the course, these credits will be evaluated in accordance with the İstinye University Directive on Exemption (Equivalency) and Adaptation Procedures, based on the student's official transcript. Exemption decisions will be submitted to the Department of Student Affairs via the Executive Board's decree.
