2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Course Selection Schedule

 

Course registration for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year must be completed via the Student Information System (OIS) on the dates specified below. For first-year students, compulsory courses will be assigned automatically by the system; students are only required to select their elective courses to complete the registration process.

 

The system will remain closed to all other students outside the course registration dates scheduled for their respective faculties and classes. Therefore, please be reminded that you can only access the system on your assigned dates. Document requests and similar administrative procedures can only be processed during your designated registration day and time slot.

 

For Vocational School students: Courses for 1st-year students will be automatically assigned by the system, and students only need to complete the Advisor Approval step. 2nd-year students, however, must select their courses themselves and complete the Advisor Approval step.

 

For students of all faculties and departments other than the Vocational School: The Advisor Approval feature has been removed, and students' course selections will be directly registered in the system. Students who have any questions or uncertainties regarding the course selection process are strongly advised to contact their Academic Advisors.
