The application period for transfer applications to the associate degree and bachelor’s degree programs of our University for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year will begin on July 27, 2026. Students who wish to apply can submit their applications through the website below until August 14, 2026.

Applications will be made through the online system. Applications submitted by post or by hand will not be accepted. (As applications will be received only once, all required documents must be uploaded completely. Applications with missing documents will not be evaluated, and no additional time will be given for submitting missing documents.)
Transfer registration procedures will take place at the Vadi Main Campus.

• Applications will be accepted for Associate and Undergraduate programs based on the Central Placement Score (excluding TRNC).
• For internal applications based on the Central Placement Score (MYP), applications will be accepted provided that the applicant's MYP score is equal to or higher than the base score of the applied program.
• Applications for Associate degree programs from domestic and international universities will be accepted based on Grade Point Average (GPA).
• Applications from our University students applying for Internal Lateral Transfer will be accepted on the condition that their score is equal to or higher than the lowest national score of the applied program in the relevant year.
• Documents uploaded to the application system must be certified (bearing a wet signature or an e-signature).
• In case of missing documents, existing documents can be re-uploaded to the relevant fields. Required document fields must not be left blank.
• It is crucial that your contact information (email and phone number) in your application is accurate and up-to-date for the notification of your application results. Please ensure that all your information is correct.
• ÖSYS-YKS Placement Result Document (showing placement in the registered program),
• ÖSYM Score Document,
• Student Certificate (up-to-date and certified),
• Official Transcript (grade report),
• Copy of Identity Card,
• Copy of High School Diploma (graduation certificate obtained via e-Government),
• Associate Degree Diploma (for students placed via DGS - Vertical Transfer Exam),
• Disciplinary Status Certificate (not required if already stated on the student certificate or transcript),
• 1 passport-sized photo,
• For applications from evening education to regular education programs: A document showing that the student is within the top 10% of their class,
• Document showing preparatory school proficiency/success (for students who received preparatory education),
• A letter from the current university stating there is no obstacle to lateral transfer,
• Document stating there is no obstacle to lateral transfer under Additional Article 1 (not required if already stated on the student certificate or transcript).
*Exemption procedures for candidates accepted into English-taught programs will be conducted according to the Exemption Conditions of the Foreign Languages English Preparatory Program.
