Erasmus Traineeship Mobility – Acceptance Letter Submission Process and Grant Status Update Announcement / Erasmus Staj Hareketliliği – Kabul Mektubu Teslim Süreci ve Hibe Güncellemesi Duyurusu

To the attention of our students who applied for the Erasmus Traineeship Mobility call that started on 24 October 2025 and ended on 25 December 2025, and who are listed under both funded and non-funded status,

For participants who did not submit an acceptance letter during the application process but were awarded a funded status, the deadline for submitting the acceptance letter was 23 March 2026, as stated in the call announcement.

The grant status of participants who failed to submit their acceptance letter by the specified deadline, as well as those on the non-funded list who have submitted an acceptance letter, will be reviewed between 24 March 2026 – 31 March 2026.

The updated results will be announced on the Turna Portal as of 1 April 2026.

24 Ekim 2025 tarihinde başlayıp 25 Aralık 2025 tarihinde sona eren Erasmus Staj hareketliliği ilanına başvuru yapmış kabul hibeli ve kabul hibesiz statüsünde bulunan öğrencilerimizin dikkatine,

Başvuru sırasında kabul mektubu ibraz etmemiş ancak kabul hibeli olarak hak kazanmış katılımcılarımız için kabul mektubu son teslim tarihi, ilan metninde de belirtildiği üzere 23 Mart 2026’dır.

Belirtilen tarihe kadar kabul mektubunu ibraz etmeyen kabul hibeli katılımcılar ile kabul hibesiz statüsünde bulunup kabul mektubu ibraz eden katılımcıların hibe hak ediş durumları, 24 Mart 2026 – 31 Mart 2026 tarihleri arasında kontrol edilecektir.

Güncel durum, 1 Nisan 2026 tarihi itibarıyla Turna Portal üzerinden ilan edilecektir.
