•⁠ ⁠made an appointment through the https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr website twice in the last 6 months and did not attend their appointments,

•⁠ ⁠receive an error on the appointment system (Screenshot of the error should be added to file.)

•⁠ ⁠ cannot make an appointment due to "You must submit your application within 90 days." screen error because of visa/residence violation (Screenshot of the error should be added to file.)

will be filling out the form manually.
