Our university once again demonstrated its commitment to quality management and process improvement by organizing a Process Improvement and Development (PDCA) Training for the academic and administrative staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy, conducted by the Quality and Accreditation Department.
The training was designed to explain each stage of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle in detail and reinforce learning through practical examples, aiming to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to make their internal processes more efficient and effective. In addition, participants were informed about the Process Improvement and Development (PDCA) Form, an important tool used in process improvement efforts.
Comprehensive information was provided on the Process Improvement and Development (PDCA) Form, which enables participants to record and monitor each stage of the PDCA cycle. This form was presented as a critical tool for systematically tracking, reporting, and improving processes.
Participants had the opportunity to learn how to effectively use both the PDCA cycle and the Process Improvement and Development (PDCA) Form. Through this training, it is aimed to enable university staff to manage, monitor, and improve processes more efficiently and effectively.
Furthermore, by encouraging the use of the Process Improvement and Development (PDCA) Form and ensuring documentation for each process, transparency and sustainability of processes will be achieved.
