An cooperation protocol has been signed between our University’s Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Simpra, with the aim of adding value to the future of the industry.
Within the scope of this collaboration, Simpra’s Inventory solution will be integrated into the curriculum, and the most up-to-date technologies and training processes will be provided free of charge to our academic staff and students. This collaboration is designed not merely as access to a software system, but as a dynamic and sustainable learning process. Accordingly, experienced experts from the Simpra team will personally participate in selected courses to share their field experience with students, and continuous support will be ensured at every stage of the process through 24/7 technical assistance. Through this partnership, the successful development of future professionals is targeted.
Through the aforementioned protocol, it is aimed that our students will gain early familiarity with the professional processes they will encounter in the business world after graduation. In this context, theoretical knowledge is combined with the most current technologies used in practice, thereby contributing to the training of more competent, visionary professionals who manage resources consciously and effectively, and who are better prepared for the sector.
