The Inner Detector (ID) Institute Board (IB) of the ATLAS Experiment running on CERN’s Large Hadron Collider, has elected Prof. Dr. Serkant Ali Çetin as the ID-IB chair in March 2023. ISU Basic Sciences Department chair Professor Çetin, who is also the ATLAS National Contact Physicist and National Project PI, acts as the ATLAS-ID IB Chair as of April 1st, 2023.
