The Symposium on Clinical Research and Innovative Medicines, organized by the Association for Early-Phase Clinical Research and Innovative Medicines (EFKAD), was held for the second time at our university.

The Clinical Trials and Innovative Medicines Symposium, organized by the Early-Phase Clinical Trials and Innovative Medicines Association (EFKAD), was held on May 20–21, 2026, at the Congress Center of our University’s Topkapı Campus. Aiming to contribute to the development and dissemination of clinical research in Turkey in accordance with ethical, scientific, and high-quality standards, the symposium brought together leading academics, physicians, and industry professionals in the field.

The Future of Clinical Research Addressed Through Multi-Dimensional Sessions

During the two-day scientific program, key topics regarding the current state and future of clinical research were discussed with contributions from Turkey’s leading experts in the field.

At the symposium, which comprehensively evaluated the scientific, technological, and regulatory dimensions of clinical research, participants had the opportunity to hear about current developments from leading experts and share their experiences.

The Clinical Research and Innovative Medicines Symposium, attended by over 100 physicians and field staff, was successfully concluded as a major scientific event that strengthened knowledge sharing in the field of clinical research and brought industry stakeholders together on a common platform.
