At the Istinye University Faculty of Medicine First Lecture and White Coat Ceremony, Prof. Dr. İskender Sayek—after whom our Science Class was named—presented the Faculty of Medicine Accreditation Certificate to our Dean, Prof. Dr. Türker Kılıç, following his first lecture address.

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Erkan İbiş, presented the "Fark Yaratan İstinyeliler" to our Dean, Prof. Dr. Türker Kılıç, on the occasion of his election to the Board of Trustees of the World Academy of Art and Science.

Organized by our university, “İstinye Fest’26” brought students together through music and various activities. The all-day festival featured live performances, dance shows, and various activities, culminating in a performance by artist Fatma Turgut at the end of the night.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bilge Erdogan, Head of the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Istinye University Faculty of Medicine, emphasized that heart diseases are largely preventable and highlighted the vital importance of healthy lifestyle habits.

Prof. Dr. Engin Ulukaya, a faculty member of the Department of Basic Medical Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine, has been granted and officially registered a national patent for his work titled “De Novo Antineoplastic Drug Design for the Suppression of Head, Neck, and Oral Cancers”. 
The patent has also been selected for funding support.
