Trakya Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesini 1990 yılında tamamlayan Dr. Işıl Yurdaışık uzmanlığını Vakıf Gureba Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde 1996’da tamamlamış ve Medical Park Grubu’nda Radyoloji doktoru olarak çalışmaya başlamıştır. Aynı grupta görevine devam eden Yurdaışık, Gaziosmanpaşa Medical Park Hastanesi Mesul Müdür -Başhekimlik yapmış ,halen Mesul Müdür Yardımcılığı, Radyoloji Departmanı Sorumlusu, İstinye Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde Dr öğretim Üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır....
