Assistant Professor Çiğdem Ertikin

Dr. Çiğdem Ertikin completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. She earned her master's degree in the Department of Fashion Design and her PhD in the Department of Textile and Fashion Design. She also received education in Fashion Design in Milan, Italy. Ertikin has held solo exhibitions and participated in many national and international group exhibitions and workshops. She has served as a project manager and researcher in youth and social responsibility projects. She has international publications and book chapters. Specializing in clothing and fashion design, Ertikin has worked at many universities and as a designer in various textile companies. She is currently teaching in the field of fashion and design at Istinye University, actively continuing her scientific and artistic studies.
