ATTENTION TO OUR STUDENTS CONSIDERING THE INTERNSHIP:
Applications for the İstanbulSMD 2026 Internship Support Program Have Begun

The Istanbul Association of Architects in Private Practice (İSMD),
Through its “Internship Support Program,” which it has run continuously for three years, has provided a total of 167 architecture students with the opportunity to complete summer internships at the offices of architects who are members of İstanbulSMD. The program has been supported by museum visits, visits to companies active in the construction sector, workshops, and seminars, all aimed at providing students with a multifaceted perspective and practical experience.
Our association will continue the Internship Support Program in 2026, continuing to support architecture students nationwide and contribute to their education.
Third- and fourth-year architecture students from across the country who are required to complete a mandatory office internship may apply to the 2026 Internship Support Program. Only applications submitted with a CV and portfolio will be considered. The internship period is limited to July 2026.
Following the evaluation by the İstanbulSMD Selection Committee, students selected for the program will complete their internships between Monday, June 29, 2026, and Friday, July 31, 2026, at the offices of architects who are members of İstanbulSMD.
Applications must be submitted exclusively via staj2026@ismd.org.tr.
Students selected for the program will be announced via https://ismd.org.tr and IstanbulSMD’s social media accounts.
