Istinye University Master’s Program with Thesis in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, which opened its doors as of the 2023-2024 academic year, aims to blend culinary culture with scientific research and innovative techniques. With Turkish as the language of instruction, our program offers an interdisciplinary expertise vision by combining our local culinary heritage with global gastronomy trends.

Our program enables candidates to display a creative and innovative stance in national and international gastronomy projects. Students reach a level where they can make a difference in the rapidly growing food and beverage sector, equipped not only with practical skills but also with high-level assets such as strategic management and academic depth.

 

Academic Success and Graduation:
In accordance with the standards of Istinye University Postgraduate Education and Training Regulations; students who successfully complete the credit courses in the curriculum and their original thesis study (or term project depending on the program type) are entitled to receive a master's degree in the field of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
