İstinye University Faculty of Pharmacy Welcomed 2026 with Enthusiasm

The Faculty of Pharmacy at İstinye University organized a special event to welcome the year 2026. The event was held in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Semra Şardaş, together with the faculty members, bringing academic unity and New Year spirit together.

The research article titled “Isolation, Characterization, and Wound Healing Potential of β-D-Glucan from Lycoperdon pyriforme Schaeff” by Dr. Elif Yavuz Dokgöz, Head of the Department of Biochemistry at Istinye University Faculty of Pharmacy, has been published in ChemistryOpen (Q2; IF: 3.1) journal.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. İnci Kayın participated in the "Corporate Philanthropy in the Turkish Century: Shared Will in Social Responsibility Workshop" organized by the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

The poster presentation titled "Investigation of the Activities of Exosome-Like Nanovesicles Isolated from Hemp Seeds (Cannabis sativa L.) using Supercritical CO₂ and Cold Pressing Methods" by Prof. Dr. Semra Şardaş, Dean of the Faulty of Pharmacy at İstinye University, and Academic Specialist Zübeyde Merve Kala, was presented as a poster at the 9th International Cosmetics Manufacturers and Researchers Association (KÜAD) in Antalya on December 15-17, 2025, and was awarded the best poster.
