As part of the Skill Development Workshops at the Faculty of Communication, Istinye University, the Exlibris Workshops organized by Prof. Dr. Hasip Pektaş are continuing. Exlibris is an art form that introduces and honors the book owner. These are small printed images with the owner's name and various illustrations placed on the inside cover of books by book lovers. The word "Exlibris" means "from the library of..." and refers to the owner's collection. It is the book's business card or deed. It introduces the book owner, honors them, and reminds the borrower to return the book.
