2026 Graduation Ceremonies

Dear Students,

The 2026 Graduation Ceremonies of Istinye University will be held on July 23, 24, and 25 at the Vadi Main Campus Congress Center and the Vadi Main Campus Outdoor Event Area.

In line with the capacity of our ceremony venue, we would like to kindly emphasize that each graduate may attend with a maximum of two guests.

Students who will participate in the 2026 Graduation Ceremony are required to register on the ISU Network Portal and confirm their attendance by 5:00 PM on June 17, 2026.

We would also like to inform you about several important points regarding the graduation ceremony:

• You are required to be at the graduation venue at least one hour before the ceremony starts.
• Please make sure to bring your graduation cap and gown with you.
• You must go to the area where your department banner is located and check in with the department coordinator.
• For the graduation procession, you are expected to line up in an orderly manner according to the designated order.
• During the procession, please follow the assigned order accordingly.
• Throughout the ceremony, you should remain seated in the seat assigned to you.
• While going on stage, please follow the instructions of the department coordinator and proceed according to the designated order.
• After receiving your certificate, please return to your assigned seat.
• In order to maintain order during the ceremony, we kindly ask you not to leave your seat throughout the event.

Additionally, we recommend bringing accessories such as safety pins, hairpins, or bobby pins to help secure your graduation cap.
