Dear Students,
The Istinye University 2026 Graduation Ceremonies will take place on June 23, 24, and 25 at the Vadi Main Campus Congress Center and the Vadi Main Campus Outdoor Event Area.
Due to the capacity limits of our ceremony venue, we would like to emphasize that each graduate can participate with a maximum of 2 guests.
Students who will attend the 2026 Graduation Ceremony must register on the ISÜ Network Portal and confirm their attendance by June 19, 2026, at 17:00.
Note: Students who experience issues while logging into the portal can contact kariyermerkezi@istinye.edu.tr for assistance.
We would like to inform you about some important matters regarding our graduation ceremony:
- You must be present at the graduation ceremony area at least 1 hour before the ceremony starts.
- It is essential that you bring your cap and gown with you.
- You must go to the area where your department's banner is located and give your attendance to the department coordinator.
- You are expected to line up in an orderly manner according to the designated order for the graduation march.
- You must move in compliance with the designated order during the procession.
- You must sit in the seat reserved for you throughout the ceremony.
- When going up to the stage, please move according to the designated order under the guidance of your department coordinator.
- After receiving your certificate, return to your designated seat.
To maintain order, you are kindly requested not to leave your seat during the ceremony.
Additionally, it is highly recommended to bring accessories such as safety pins, bobby pins, or hair clips to secure your cap.

ISÜ Network Portal our graduates who have declared their participation in the graduation ceremony can complete their payment transactions via the relevant link.
Due to the capacity limits of our ceremony venue, we would like to emphasize that each graduate can participate with a maximum of 2 guests.
Caps and gowns will be available for pickup between June 1-17, 2026, on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00, at Vadi Main Campus (Z04) and Topkapı Campus TKZ 10 (formerly iscopy).
Our shuttle services on the ceremony days will operate in accordance with the ceremony schedule and will depart from the Topkapı Campus and Kağıthane Metro Exit locations.
Return shuttle services will be provided from the front of the ceremony venue at the end of each ceremony.
Graduates' families and guests may enter the ceremony venue 30 minutes before the start of the ceremonies.
Graduates and their families attending our Graduation Ceremonies on June 24–25 may use the Vadi Main Campus Open Parking Area free of charge.
Graduates and their families attending the ceremonies may also use the Vadi Istanbul parking facility free of charge for up to 3 hours.
