The "Secure Software and Software Testing Processes" event, organized by the Artificial Intelligence for Social Benefit Club, was successfully held on November 18th in room V-318 of the Vadi H Campus.
The event addressed the principles of secure software development, which are critical in the modern software development world, as well as security vulnerabilities that may be encountered in applications and methods for preventing these vulnerabilities. The role of software testing processes in improving the quality of a software product was also explained with detailed examples.
Participants had the opportunity to learn about:
The fundamental principles of secure software development,
The importance of testing processes in the software lifecycle,
How quality assurance efforts support product integrity,
Current approaches in the field of software security.
The event offered an eye-opening experience, both theoretically and practically, for students interested in software development and information technology. The program, which was enriched by a question-and-answer session with active participation, provided students with valuable information they can apply in their future projects.
