The “Istanbul Informatics Summit,” organized by the Cyber Security Club, was held on April 25–26, 2026, outside the campus at the GSB Ataköy International Youth Center. The event was planned to address current developments in various fields of the technology world and to bring students together with industry professionals.
As part of the summit, a total of five panels were held with expert speakers in areas such as data science, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and the gaming industry. Participants gained comprehensive insights into innovative approaches and current trends in these fields. Additionally, through networking sessions, students had the opportunity to communicate directly with industry representatives and establish professional connections.
During the event, professionals from leading companies such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Acıbadem shared their experiences, offering valuable perspectives on career journeys.
The Istanbul Informatics Summit was successfully completed as a productive and inspiring organization that increased students’ awareness of the technology world, contributed to their knowledge across different disciplines, and guided their career planning.
