The Business Talks 1 – Rewriting the Script: Turning Career Transitions into Leadership Opportunities event, organized by the Istinye University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Club, was held on April 7, 2026, in Hall V-312 at the Vadi H Campus.

The event, organized to contribute to students’ career development and strengthen their leadership perspectives, was followed with great interest by participants. As part of the program, Ahmet Yasin Acar, Business Development Manager at APY Tekmer, attended as a guest speaker.

During the event, Ahmet Yasin Acar shared insights on how periods of change in one’s career journey can be transformed into strategic leadership opportunities. Key topics included how to optimize professional development during transition periods, adapting to change, identifying and leveraging opportunities, and enhancing leadership competencies.

Participants not only gained up-to-date perspectives on transformation processes in the business world but also obtained valuable recommendations to apply in their own career planning. The event progressed interactively with a Q&A session, allowing students to receive direct answers to their questions.
