The “HEALTALKS: Nutrition Myths – Diet Culture vs. Science” event organized by the HEAL Club was held online on April 27, 2026. The event, which aimed to provide a scientific perspective on common nutrition myths encountered in everyday life, attracted significant interest from participants.
During the program, common misconceptions about nutrition frequently seen on social media and in daily life were discussed, and the ways in which these myths contradict scientific facts were explained in detail.
