The “Student Nurses Summit,” organized by the HEAL Club, was held on April 25–26, 2026, outside the campus at the Cemil Meriç Cultural Center. The event was planned to enhance nursing students’ professional knowledge and awareness and to address current topics in the field with the guidance of experts.
As part of the summit, key topics related to various specializations in nursing were discussed, particularly in the fields of intensive care and obstetrics and gynecology. During sessions led by experienced speakers, clinical experiences, current practices, and insights contributing to professional development were shared with participants.
The HEAL Club team also took an active role in the organization process as they form the ÖHDER Istinye University team, directly contributing to the planning and execution of the event. In this respect, the summit became a comprehensive event where students were involved not only as participants but also in organizational processes.
The event was successfully completed as a productive and educational summit that enhanced participants’ professional vision, supported their theoretical knowledge with current practices, and raised awareness in the field of nursing.
