The event offered a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing participants' knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship and leadership.
During the training, entrepreneurial processes, innovation management, leadership skills, and teamwork were covered in detail. Participants reinforced their theoretical knowledge through interactive sessions and practical examples, while also having the opportunity to prepare for scenarios they might encounter in their professional lives.
The online training allowed for a wide range of participants, enabling students to ask questions directly to the instructors and receive immediate feedback. The event provided a valuable experience, particularly for university students, in strengthening their leadership qualities and raising awareness of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
With this Entrepreneurship and Leadership Training, the Industrial Engineering Club aimed to contribute to both the personal and academic development of its students.
