The Blood Donation Event, organized by the Kızılay Club in collaboration with the Turkish Red Crescent, was held on April 13, 2026, at the entrance area of the Education Building on the Topkapı Campus.
Within the scope of the event, which aimed to increase social solidarity and awareness of social responsibility, our students and staff supported saving lives by donating blood. Thanks to these donations, made by dedicating only a short amount of time, a meaningful contribution was provided that may bring hope to many people in need.
Throughout the event, representatives of the Turkish Red Crescent informed participants about the importance of blood donation, the donation process, and its value for public health. Thus, participants had the opportunity not only to take part in a social responsibility activity but also to gain awareness about becoming conscious donors.
The event, which attracted great interest from our students and staff, was successfully completed as an exemplary organization that strengthened the spirit of solidarity and created social benefit.
