Speech and Language Therapy Club Addresses Acquired Language Disorders
The event “Acquired Language Disorders,” organized by the Speech and Language Therapy Club, took place on March 2, 2025, at the Topkapı Campus Congress Center. The event, which lasted from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., brought together academics, therapists, and students specializing in language and speech disorders.
The event focused on acquired language disorders, particularly aphasia, dysarthria, and cognitive communication disorders. Speakers shared important information about current treatment methods, case studies, and clinical applications. Participants had the opportunity to combine their theoretical knowledge with practice through interactive sessions and case studies.
The event, which attracted a large number of students interested in the field of speech and language therapy, was very well received. At the end of the event, certificates were awarded to participants, and similar academic and professional events are planned for the coming periods.
