The Anxiety and Fragility Congress, organized by the İstinye University Psychology Club, concluded successfully, attracting significant interest from academic and professional circles. The congress explored the concepts of anxiety, a common problem faced by individuals today, and vulnerability, an often-overlooked issue, from scientific and psychological perspectives. Presentations by expert academics, clinical psychologists, and professionals throughout the event focused on the psychological underpinnings of anxiety, the role of vulnerability in individual development, and coping strategies.
The sessions, organized for the participants, offered a multifaceted approach to the topic, featuring case studies and interactive sessions, in addition to theoretical information. It was emphasized that vulnerability can be viewed not as a weakness, but as a tool for strength and connection, and that anxiety is a manageable and transformative experience. The talks throughout the event aimed to foster both academic awareness and personal insight in the participants.
