Aphasia Symposium by the Speech and Language Therapy Club
The “Aphasia Symposium,” organized by the Speech and Language Therapy Club, was held on March 2 at the Topkapı Campus. The event, which saw the participation of expert speakers and students, addressed the definition, causes, treatment methods, and rehabilitation processes of aphasia.
At the symposium, speech-language pathologists, academics, and students gathered to share their knowledge and experiences. The program, which featured presentations on current research and case studies related to aphasia, drew significant interest from participants.
At the conclusion of the event, it was emphasized that awareness of aphasia needs to be increased and that more work is required in this field.
