The Communication Club, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mesut Öztırak, shed light on the impact of digitalization in the human resources field with an event titled "Digital HR Management and the Use of Artificial Intelligence" on April 18, 2025.
The event comprehensively covered topics such as AI-based recruitment systems, candidate analysis algorithms, employee data management, and ethical responsibility. Participants gained valuable insights into how to maintain a communication- and human-centered approach during the digital transformation process.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mesut Öztırak, through his academic perspective, presented current research and field examples, enabling students to approach the topic from a multidisciplinary perspective. The event offered an inspiring learning experience for students interested in communication and management.
