On April 18, 2025, the IEEE Student Club organized an event titled "Efficiency and Management in Service Operations in the Healthcare Sector," addressing the issues of effective resource utilization and process management in healthcare systems.
Esra Özolgun, a speaker at the event, shared valuable insights into operational efficiency in healthcare institutions, the integration of digital systems, and AI-powered solutions. Participants had the opportunity to examine administrative improvements in healthcare through real-world case studies.
At the end of the event, students gained an understanding of the importance of systematic management for the sustainability of healthcare services.
