“Breast Cancer Awareness Stand” Organized by Istinye University ISU Cell-ebrity Scientists Club and Women’s Rights Solidarity Club
The “Breast Cancer Awareness Stand”, organized in collaboration with the Istinye University ISU Cell-ebrity Scientists Club and the Women’s Rights Solidarity Club, aimed to raise awareness among students and increase consciousness about breast cancer. The event took place on October 24, 2025, at Istinye University Vadi Main Campus.
At the stand, participants were provided with informative content on early detection methods, screening processes, and risk factors related to breast cancer. Through educational materials and guidance highlighting the importance of early diagnosis, students had the opportunity to enhance their awareness of breast health.
Throughout the event, club members distributed informative brochures and offered one-on-one explanations to promote awareness. The stand created an interactive environment where students could ask questions and receive answers about the topic.
Both ISU Cell-ebrity Scientists and the Women’s Rights Solidarity Club stated that the primary aim of the event was to raise awareness about breast cancer, emphasize the importance of early diagnosis, and increase health consciousness among students.
