This program encourages visiting/scientists on academic leave who have completed their PhD and are working abroad in a job requiring a PhD (having worked for at least 4 years at a university, research center, or in the private sector as of the application date) to come to Turkey. They are supported in conducting research, working in laboratories, developing products, organizing conferences/congresses, giving seminars, providing part-time training, and writing joint projects.
