In 2012, Saliha Karadayı-Usta graduated from Doğuş University with the highest grade in the Industrial Engineering Department. In 2014, she earned a Master's of Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, with her thesis examining risk analysis in service supply chains. In addition, she worked as a research assistant at ITU Industrial Engineering Department between 2013 2020, and received the title of Assistant Professor in 2020 and the title of Associate Professor in 2023. She has been working at Istinye University, Department of Industrial Engineering since 2022. She has been the Head of Industrial Engineering Department at Istinye University since February 2023, and the Vice Dean for Research at Istinye University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences since October 2023. She has also served as the Editorial Board Member for the Sustainability section of the journal Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio) since September 2023. The author's research topics include sustainability, Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, supply chain management, risk analysis.
