The “HEALTALKS: Anxiety Management and Mindfulness” event, organized by the HEAL Club, was held online on March 23, 2026. The event was planned to help students develop skills to cope with anxiety they encounter in their daily lives.

As part of the event, Psychologist Dilzar Yurtdaş and Psychologist İlayda Sokmaz met with participants and shared comprehensive insights on anxiety management, stress coping methods, and mindfulness techniques. In addition to theoretical knowledge, participants also had the opportunity to learn practical exercises and techniques they could apply in their daily lives.

During the interactive session, students shared their own experiences and asked questions to the experts, enhancing their individual awareness. The event was successfully completed as an informative and awareness-raising webinar that contributed to participants’ understanding of mental health.
