The “HEALTALKS: Sleep Routine and Performance Health” event organized by the HEAL Club was held online on March 16, 2026. Planned as the third session of the HEALTALKS series, the event focused on the effects of sleep routines on individual health and daily performance.
During the event, an expert physician provided detailed information on topics such as sleep hygiene, healthy sleep habits, and the negative effects of irregular sleep on both physical and mental health. Participants had the opportunity to gain practical recommendations and scientifically based insights that they could apply in their daily lives.
Throughout the interactive section of the program, participants asked questions they were curious about and received information on individual solutions for improving sleep routines. The event was completed as an informative and awareness-raising online gathering that contributed to students’ development of healthier lifestyle habits.
