Personal Pilates classes are regularly held every Monday and Wednesday by our Sports Specialist, Ayşe Sedef Aksoy, with the aim of increasing internal engagement and supporting the physical and mental well-being of our staff. This activity, organized among employees, has been implemented to encourage healthy lifestyle habits within a busy work schedule and to help reduce daily stress.
During the instructor-led sessions, exercises focusing on proper posture techniques, flexibility improvement, muscle strengthening, and body awareness are practiced. Participants are guided according to their individual needs, allowing them to experience both a safe and efficient training process.
Through these regularly ongoing sessions, our staff have the opportunity to maintain their physical health and achieve mental rejuvenation, while also contributing to stronger internal communication and motivation within the institution. In this context, the Personal Pilates classes continue as a sustainable corporate practice that promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
