Prof. Ahmet Bariş Durukan

I was born in 1978 in Ankara. In 1984, I began Ankara Private Yükseliş College Primary School and I graduated from Ankara Milli Piyango Anatolian High School in 1996. In the same year I entered Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medicine in English and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 2002. Between 2003 and 2009, I completed my residency at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Cardiovascular Surgery. In 2009-2010, I fulfilled my obligatory service obligation at Ağrı State Hospital. In the same period, I carried out the duty of Chief Physician with the staff approved by the Ministry of Health. I worked as a specialist at Private Ankara Medicana International Hospital between 2011 and 2013. I got the title of Associate Professor in 2014. Between 2014 and 2016, I worked as a specialist at Ankara Private Memorial Hospital. I worked as the clinical director at Uşak Private Medical Park Hospital between 2016-2020 and at Private Salihli MediGüneş Hospital between 2020-2021. I have been working as the clinical director at Private Liv Ankara Hospital since 2021. I have a child. I know English well. I have 75 scientific articles published in international journals and 50 scientific articles published in national journals. My H-index is 13 (as of 09/08/2022) and I have over 400 scientific citations.
