Prof. Mehmet Abdussamet Bozkurt

I was born in Hatay in 1981. After completing my primary and secondary education in Hatay, I started Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. I graduated in 2005 and started my specialization training at Bakırköy Dr Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital General Surgery Clinic in the same year. I became a General Surgery Specialist in 2010. After completing my compulsory service at Pervari State Hospital, I started as a chief assistant at Bakırköy Dr Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital General Surgery Clinic in 2013. In 2017, I became an Associate Professor . In 2019, I transferred to Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital and worked as the General Surgery Clinic Training and Administrative responsibility until September 2022. I have been working at Bahçeşehir Liv Hospital since September 2022. While working in all areas of General Surgery, my studies focused on colorectal cancers and benign anorectal diseases and GIS tumors. During this time, I performed over 1000 colorectal and GIS tumor surgeries. I have a colorectal qualification certificate from TKRD. At the same time, I have GIS endoscopy, Anorectal Physiology laboratory operation certificate. I have published 70 articles in international journals and 26 articles in national journals. I have been a speaker at national and international congresses. I have an advanced level of English. I am married and have a child
