Akademik kariyeri boyunca özellikle hematopatoloji, nöropatoloji ve moleküler patoloji alanlarında olmak üzere çok sayıda ulusal ve uluslararası bilimsel yayın, kongre bildirisi ve kitap bölüm yazarlığı yapmıştır. Marmara Üniversitesi Tıp ve Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi, Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksek Okulu Patoloji Teknikerliği ve Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde lisans öğrenci eğitimlerinde yer almıştır. Marmara Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Sinir Bilimleri doktora programında temel nöropatoloji derslerini vermiştir. Türk Patoloji Derneği Yönetim Kurulu’nda dört yıl sekreterlik görevini yürütmüştür. 2022 yılından itibaren Nöroonkoloji Derneği Yönetim Kurulunda görev yapmaktadır. Türk Patoloji Dernekleri Federasyonu çatısında yer alan Nöropatoloji, Hematopatoloji ve Moleküler Patoloji Çalışma gruplarında destek vermektedir. “European Confederation of Neuropathological Societies” ve “European Hematopathology Society” üyesidir. Mart 2025’te İstinye Üniversitesi Patoloji Laboratuvarı kuruculuğu ve yöneticiliği görevine, Mayıs 2025'te İstinye Üniversitesi Patoloji Anabilim Dalında öğretim üyeliği görevine başlamıştır.
