Istinye University Directorate of Strategic R&D and Resource Development conducts the necessary activities to secure external funding for the university's R&D initiatives. The International Project Development Office (UPG) within the directorate serves as the central hub between our university and all international funding programs.
By establishing interdisciplinary collaborations with all stakeholders of the quintuple helix, UPG provides end-to-end support to our faculty members throughout the development process of projects, whether the university acts as a sole beneficiary or holds a leading or partnering position within a multi-institutional consortium.
The International Project Development Office undertakes a facilitating mission to ensure that Istinye University maximizes its benefit from all international funding sources through its project development, consultancy, training, information-sharing, and networking activities.
