Prof. Hatice Öz Pektaş

She was born in 1977 in Antalya, Elmalı. After graduating from Burdur Anatolian Teacher High School in 1995, she completed her undergraduate studies at Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts Graphics Department between 1995-1999, and her master's degree at Hacettepe University Social Sciences Institute Graphics Department between 1999-2002. He graduated with her thesis titled “The Importance of Digital Portfolio and Digital Portfolio Applications”. Between 2002-2006, she completed the proficiency program in art with her thesis titled “Analysis of Cinema Generic Designs in Terms of Graphic Design” in the same department. She worked as a Research Assistant at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Graphics Department between 1999-2006. In 2006, she became an Assistant Professor at Maltepe University, Faculty of Communication, Visual Communication Design Department. She worked as an assistant professor between 2010-2012 and as an associate professor between 2012-2018 at Işık University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design Department. She worked at Nişantaşı University between 2018-2019 and Üsküdar University between 2019-2021. She worked in various advertising agencies and publishing houses during and after her education. She carried out desktop publishing and multimedia projects; she participated in group exhibitions and conferences. She still works as a faculty member at Istinye University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Visual Communication Design.
